Holy Communion has incredible benefits; however, I've heard of those who partook of the Holy Mysteries in an unworthy manner and it didn't go well with them. Of course, sometimes the accusation of Hindsight Bias can't be avoided, meaning that events take place, and when the results of an investigation are in, it turns out to support the argument against those who don't take matters seriously and treat the Holy Mysteries as just some bread, wine, and water.

In Latiin america, almost nobody believe in the holy comunnion. Now we are protestants.

If orthodox didn't have icon worship i would join in a heart beat but that and a few other things i believe are truly non biblical.b
