Those look easy enough. I've never tasted them and didn't even know what a falafel was. Now I do and they look good. Do you prefer one type of oil to fry in, or does it depend on what you're cooking? Also, do you save and reuse your oil or use fresh each time? As always, thank you for sharing this with us.
