For the 1st developer: my only comment is on the Staff. I wish you can choose which “spell” you shoot from it.
For the 2nd developer: my comment’s are on the web shooters and crater. The web shooters should have a limited amount of webs you can shoot from them. Maybe you have to have string in your inventory in order to use it. And with the crater, you should be able to obtain Mjölnir by defeating five giants and Loki with nether right armor. Say never right armor because it’s the hardest to get and he’ll prove that you had what it took to defeat the enemies. And Mjolnir will come to your inventory automatically after you defeat Loki. A text or show up in your chat from Oden saying “you have proven yourself today. I bless you with the power of Thor.”
Third developer: For the pipe pistol, I find it to be a little bit over powered. I think the gun needs to have ammo to shoot and not be able to one shot mobs that have 20 HP. And finally the radaway. I think you should be a one time use like the totem of undying, otherwise it’ll just be too over powered.

Just a little mod idea: If we have villagers, why can't we get steves?

Steves could help you in quests, land you some items, trade them, sell them (but for diamonds) and even protect the village, a steve's profession is decided on witch item you give them, if you give them a pickaxe, they will mine for ores, if you give them swords, they will protect the village etc etc
