Did you try equalising using a lab power supply with current limiting of 150ma for 10 hours after fully charging? equalising helps to prevent cell imbalance and can recover undercharged cells and stop stratification ( a condition where the battery's electrolyte is more concentrated at the bottom of the cell than the top)

I hit mine with 200A for an hour then charged it normal. Same exact charger and battery actually. My Viking tester says it's at 100% health. Not bad for a 10 year old battery.

A good battery analyzer tell you alot about why battery doesn't perform, you can have capacity in ah. With poor CCA . A BATTERY high resistance will not accept nor will it discharge high levels of current, I'm recovering a 14 year old optima blue top I put a 6 amp draw ran a pair of fog lights 11 hours voltage was 11.9 I terminated the test. In terms of CCA. ONLY has 250 out of 850 , battery resistance it at 16 milli ohms

Interstate used to be a good battery. Now that you should be led and it's a shitty product. I ran into the samer batteries recover better than the newer batteries. They would keep making them shittier and shittier. For instance, batteries that are 5 years old usually always come back. Batteries are 2 years old, do not come back. When they are done, they are done. And you'll never get a battery to come back, a 100% 85 is the best I've ever done decharging and charging the batteries does not work every time you decharge that battery it does not come, salvation is by overcharging, that's how you. Do software the battery if the battery can't handle being overcharged it couldn't handle charging.
