Governments MUST NEVER have the ability to tell people what they can and cannot say.
Governments MUST NEVER have the ability to tell private entities what they can and cannot say.
Private entities can create their own rules and its users either agree or disagree to follow them.
When the users overwhelmingly disagree, they stop using the product or service and the private entity has the ability to adapt or DIE!!
This is a FREE MARKET concern and NO GOVERNMENT is capable of understanding what a FREE MARKET is or how a FREE MARKET can occur.

The last point that was made was a very important distinction. Facebook has no transparency in its decisions and it's really hard to appeal them. What was intended was to moderate what enters your space. The intent was there but the execution is overbearing.
