How to Set Up Elektron Overbridge -- Complete Tutorial

Tutorial on how to set up #elektron #overbridge In this tutorial we will go through the download process, installation, configuration and hardware settings to set up Overbridge. We will record up to 12 tracks simultaneously and work with the #elektron #syntakt and #digitone

I noticed at 8:43 you are talking about the loudness of the USB tracks. I'm following the same setup as you, but finding that the combined volume of the 12 tracks + FX is much quieter than the syntakt midi from the overbridge plugin. My goal is to record in these sounds, and then have the ability to multitrack in my daw. Any ideas of how I can record in these tracks and have it sound like the summed mix I'm hearing from the syntakt?

Just one quick question, is it possible to use a different Audio Engine in Preferences (example, Focusrite Scarlett) but still get the Syntakt sounds in individual Channels in Ableton through USB ??

Why does it record the individual syntakt tracks in dual mono? it does it on my digitakt too. I’m very confused by this

Went here to know if we have the input in syntakt also availlable in overbridge, the question is how are the converters versus lets say an rme ?

The other thing is, isn t the main selling point of overbridge the fact that you don t have to use it as a soundcard and still use you main soundcard ?

The DAW input settings will work even if you do not select the Elektron device. In fact, the official instructions say not to select the input Elektron device.
