Approaching A 4 Way Stop Sign-Driving Lesson

In this video, I show you what to do as your approach a 4 way stop sign. There are a few things that should be done, in a particular order, as you approach a 4 way stop, while you're sitting at the stop sign, and as you're proceeding through the intersection. I explain what those things are, and demonstrate myself doing them.

I don't know why people don't know how to do this. Just about every time i come to the intersection the other drivers to the right of me don't know how to do it and it's just the two vehicles ."And you both stop at the same time. It's always the person to the right of you who has the right of way. I don't get it because it happens just about every time i come to the intersection. And if i go and we have an accident, "I" will be at fault. So I'm not sure where people took their driver's test, but it has never changed. Pay attention people. To many people are on there phones texting nowadays and they don't know what happened.??? I usually just refuse to go because i know i will be at fault if we have an accident.
