Shopping List:
1 lb cavatappi noodles
1 rotisserie chicken
2 liters of chicken stock
1 cup frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce
8 oz mozzarella
8 oz colby jack
8 oz cheddar
4 oz room temp cream cheese
hot AP seasoning and Ranch Seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne)
3 tbps butter
2 tbps all purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
green onion garnish
