Never launch your Golf R in D

The launch hits different whenever your in D but manual mode, make sure your in S. You can hear the difference in the video.

Hello guys, launch is not even possible in D. The entine torque will be reduced after a certain bouncing time due to missuse. This timer has even been reduced in the latest modells due to too many people destroying their clutch thinking they are doing a launch while in reality they are just driving against the brakes. Launch is only possible in S or M while ESP / ASR is turned off and the gearbox temperature is high enough (next to some other minor conditions)

It's a golf R, never launch it on S or D, launch it on R

Put it in N for Night mode. Goes so fast that even light takes time to reach your eyes.

Don't launch in D, I've heard it's bad for the box in general. S has different shift duration and therefore pressure during the shift, which helps reduce wear caused by excessive slip.

It does that to build up boost, if it doesn't hold less boost in D it shouldn't really matter.

I throw it in the 1 mode to make mine go faster. it makes the rpms go up a little and destroys your car but it eliminates the need to shift which is always fun.
