Is the color of the sky typical of Pyongyang/DPRK? Always smoggy/foggy/hazy? It reminds me of how it looked on mainland China when I lived there in 2010.

Look people, if you think that Mr. Parker is being truthful in these videos you are Wrong! For 1: Only people that work for the Korean Government are issued cars. 2: If you watch his Progaganda videos, he only shows you what the Korean allows to show journalist from other countries! In no way shape or form would they allow a citizen or anyone else to hang a GoPro camera around their neck and film whatever they wanted! Mr Parker yeah if you believe his last name is Parker an American name Then you belong in North Korea!
