Students at Moscow say they want more details from police and still feel unsafe

Revisiting 1/17/24, it’s still weird! Still not solved. It’s STILL very weird and the police continued to be weird. Police and school never seemed upset, or sad, or mad. This young reporter is doing such a great job. He is genuine and reacting the way we all are. But the Moscow police is still weird, and they continued to smile and shrug off the entire case

These students are right the community should be on pins and needles, can't feel safe when their is a killer on the loose. I have a dad and sister that live in Moscow worried about their safety and many friends, lock your doors. The subject could be hiding anywhere.

I dont blame these students. The whole town and state, everyone really. 4 young adults killed and not really many answers. The students and probably the town are scared. LE can say they safe all they want. With little to no answers, I'd be scared too. I'm scared for them. From Louisiana, my prayers go out to Moscow . 🙏 my prayers are with all of yall, especially to the 4 families.

If this was a “crime of passion, ” it must have been committed by a single perpetrator—unless two or more people happened to experience the same murderous passion at the same time?!??? So how does ONE PERSON BY THEMSELVES kill four vital, healthy, strong, fit college students??? Safe is the last thing anyone should be told to feel.

What I heard is they don't trust law enforcement. These kids are shaking . SOMETHING HAPPENING AT SCHOOL POLICE DONT GIVE. THEM PEACE any one can be a Victim that goes to school?? THEY THINK THE REAL KILLER IS FREE AMOUNG THEM

When a high school friend of my sons was murdered, the police called a meeting in the auditorium for all the kids the following night. They told them what they could from what they had learned, but they also said they thought they knew who did it and they were treading very carefully so they wouldn't jeopardize the case when it got to trial. They said that if they were pressed for answers and speculation it would up the chances of something being released that would be possible fodder for mistrial or release of the killer. Amazingly the kids were respectful and cooperative. I think it was about a year and a half later the death penalty was sought, but at least he was sentenced to a "true life sentence." It is possible the police have evidence or have gotten some tips they don't want public in the interest of getting a suspect off the streets.

The coroner said there was blood everywhere and they were all stabbed to death so who made the call about the "unconscious " person and how/why would they say that if the person was clearly dead, stabbed and blood everywhere ?
