…..to add to your giving…..”If you focus on “the” bad time in order to please “your” Good….then you will have to ABUSE GOOD in order to escape/hide FROM the Bad.
However….as you Start by giving attention to Bad….then you automatically unconsciously become your Good.

To me….Focus doesnt require YOUR feeling…so you can robotically respond and/or perform…..like a Protocol.
Attention does demand your feeling because you’re using the moment to experience/execute your WRITTEN plan/purpose. The moment is Intentional.

I can really relate to spreading the bad events in my life over a period of time and totally not concentrate on the good parts because I just focused mainly on the negative things that happened and therefore my life for a lot of decades was bad according to me. Now I can see that using timeline spreading of good things will help me take the view of learning more positive things about my past. Not live there but just change the way I look at it.

Poignant - I think i dislocated my toe this evening. The bad day thing is easier to assess - there is one thing a trigger causing the days experiences to pale by significance. 2 lessons - if you can isolate and create a long term process to disarm the trigger, and realise that most days are good days (when that trigger is pressed you compare the normal days and see how good they are).
