They bothered him so he is a legend, he also doesn't hurt anyone that didn't do anything to him. Just a good man that wanted some revenge.

Full story: Mr. Heymeeyer bought some land and opened a muffler shop, there was a concrete shop nearby that wanted to buy a portion of his land for a good amount of money. However, they paid off some political figures in the town to change the land zoning so that they would get the portion of land they were going to pay heymeeyer for. They ended up building something on the land they
got which blocked off a main entrance to the muffler shop, requiring customers to take a much longer path to his shop, killing his customer base. Marvin heymeeyer tried to sue and many other things, but none of it worked. He decided to take his massive bulldozer and reinforce it as you see here, but he didn't go around destroying random buildings. He targeted certain places such as the concrete shop and a past mayors house who allowed the corruption. Eventually his bulldozer got stuck in the basement of a building and the engine overheated trying to get out which led him to take his own life. Also no one was injured or killed
