I needed this episode. I've been watching Bigger Pockets since 2016 and I got started in real estate investing in the do-it-yourself phase because in the beginning you don't have much money but you have time. I would say now with 37 multifamily units in the Phoenix Metro I am in between the do-it-yourself and project manager phase. I would love to get to the CEO or architect level and build a real business and a machine and have great employees like what Brandon has done with Open Door capital. I need to work on my mindset because I have some limiting beliefs I feel that are holding me back. And it's just too darn hard sometimes to let go & give up control & delegate
