It helps because it makes you feel full. also the flavor of coke is patented. It's hard to replicate it exactly. Coke tastes different than Pepsi

Diet Coke feels like a big sacrifice when you cut out calorific foods such as milk chocolate, ice cream, bagels, donuts and muffins. The best I can do is to try to stay within 2 cans of diet coke a day.

I wish someone would give a straight answer on diet soda question No one cares about the cravings and eating more. Will stop drinking Diet soda help me loose weight? Like if I don’t change me diet whatsoever and just give up the diet soda will I loose weight? Why will no one answer this??
