Russia News Updates: Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Russian mercenary group Wagner, said its fighters had crossed the border into Russia from Ukraine, hours after the Kremlin accused him of armed mutiny. Prigozhin has vowed to take all necessary steps to topple the country's military leadership in Moscow, saying his forces would "destroy everything" in their way. The growing animosity between rival Kremlin camps over the war in Ukraine is now out in the open. The Wagner forces are now marching into the Russian city of Rostov. The mayor of Moscow said counter-terrorism measures are being taken to reinforce security and public events may be restricted. Security has been stepped up in Moscow and Russia said Kyiv was "taking advantage" of Prigozhin's “provocation” to make inroads around the eastern city of Bakhmut.
