I closed $1, 572, 638.00 Last season with a 42% profit margin. I'm in the Kansas City area. I mainly focus on commercial properties like apartment complexes/Town Homes, sometimes travel for Water Towers, parking garages, commercial shopping outlets ect. I will do residential but only in high end neighborhoods.
Services offered are general roof and house washes, gutter cleaning, oxidation removal, driveway pressure washing and poly sanding on rare occasions.
Will do striping for commercial parking garages or parking lots if I'm already cleaning them, as an upsell.
I occasionally get calls for graffiti removal, but it's not something I advertise, I just do it if asked and it's worth my time.

I made $700 today on a pretty big job. So that was about an 8 hour job so I made $43 an hour which is $88, 400 a year. So pretty great.

After being in this industry for 5 years and doing 6 figures with it I have learned it's very difficult to scale to a million dollar business. I wish I would have started a different business where every job sold was like 10-50k where you could set workers on a specific site for a bit and have someone watch them. Also, all the driving and if you work solo it sucks for you and your employees. Most people I know doing this never break past what a job would pay them. This industry seems good until you actually start doing it and feel like the effort to grow the business is not worth it when the same skills in a different business would 10x+ your income
