Particles in the lip of the vessell container is getting trapped and unable to reach and clean. I have contacted ninja they are sending a Replacement part but also advise me that i am going to still have the same issues. This is too much money to have issues like this

The problem with it is this… the back of the container where it ends is essentially folded on the inside. Well, in that fold crud accumulates and you can’t get it out. There is absolutely no way to clean it. I made apple cider in ours and the spices are stuck in it. I bought two machines so it’s $600.

I love the machine so much, and if not for that it would be perfect. It’s unfortunately a huge issue, a safety issue.

Helpful video. Stupidly, I didn't know about the drip tray although it's written on there on a peelable sticker. I thought they meant the "other" clippable drip tray. Another great product from Ninja. They really do fantastic, functional design very well and this is my 5th Ninja product (coffee machine, blender, Thirsti, Foodi). I use the Slushi along with the Thirsti to create a variety of interesting tasting slushi's.

Hello. I love my Slushi but @ninja Kitchen the problem with cleaning the lip is a legit design flaw. Like many others, I too cannot clean the inside lip where particles are being trapped. I will be reaching out for a replacement, but this should not be a 'live with it' decision on the part of Ninja and demands remediation.

How do we clean it if it is impossible to purchase? Ninja, sold out. Amazon, nope. Walmart, etc? NO.
