Double-Spiked Eggnog Daiquiri Recipe
This one’s strong! If you don’t have a Ninja Slushie Machine, you can use a blender with ice—it’ll actually come out more frozen.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups eggnog
• 1/2 cup spiced rum
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of ground allspice or clove
• 1 cup of ice *if blending

For the Rim:
• Crushed gingerbread or graham crackers (fine crumbs)
• 1 tbsp brown sugar (mix with crumbs)
• 2 tbsp caramel syrup or honey

Toppings/Garnishes:
• Whipped cream
• Ground nutmeg
• Cinnamon sticks

If you want to get fancy, serve this in a cleaned ornament for extra flair! Follow the instructions in the video to get it just right.

Got the machine, I tried it out today. I agree. It waters down the juice when it turn to the slushie consistency. Plus it wasn't frozen enough for me. However, I will try adjusting the temperature to see if that works better. Right now I give it a 8/10 overall. ❤🙂
