Hypnosis Real Or Wack; Debunking The Myths

During the hypnosis workshop with Dr. Sid Jacobson today we had lunch together as a group. 

As the waitress made small talk with us I mentioned that we were part of a hypnosis workshop.

"Sounds scary," She said.

It wasn't the time or the place, but I really wanted to ask her about how she had come to make the generalization that hypnosis is scary.

I've done hypnosis training before this workshop and not once have I gotten scared about hypnosis before, during, or afterward.

However, that does not negate the fact that so many people have ideas about hypnosis that are rooted in fear.

In this video Dr. Jacobson and I explore some of these myths and also explain the concept of hypnosis and why hypnosis is so accessible.
