For those who can't seem to get through job interviews, going through a temp agency can be a great way to get a foot in the door . My hubby is plausibly autistic, at the least socially awkward and has social anxiety. He's a really hard worker though, loves learning new things, etc. Interviews never got him a job, but he went through a temp agency and within 3 months was in the process of being hired on.

-Stare the interviewer dead in the eyes.
-Speak as loudly as possible without shouting.
-Big facial expressions! Get that mouth moving, show some teeth!
