This video is very on point. From what I'm seeing every day working at June.so for B2B SaaS companies the most effective way to optimise conversion is studying the behaviour of the pool of the most successful users. After that, is all about segmenting new users in different buckets and then trying to move them from one to the other. This last step is obviously the most challenging one and can be done only by knowing very well who you are dealing with (collect and enrich users with meaningful traits like title, type of company, company size!)
