This simple (although, not necessarily easy) brain exercise will help you strengthen your pre-frontal brain to be less reactive to unpleasant sensations and feelings you experience daily; and help you improve your ability to respond to them with less stress, judgement and emotional intensity. This is a form of #mindfulness practice.
