Thats not the same guy, the first guy pointed out is heavier and older than the guy pointed out later. He's also wearing different pants and shoes. The shooter is a third different guy, someone other than the 2 pointed out with tattoos

I grew up in Cook county until I was 11. I didn't feel safe there. As a kid it always felt risky going out. All the wireless camera tech of today is catching what's been going on there since the 80's. When I was in Afghanistan I felt the small arms fire was less of a threat than in West or south Chicago.
