Simple features in Windows 11 vs Linux Kubuntu

Today we are comparing features between Windows and Linux (Kubuntu), which is one of the possible options if you want to switch from linux to a different OS.

Bro forgot to tell you you can´t place the windows taskbar vertically anymore. in linux (KDE) you can.

Note thumbnail has Breeze icon set, so it will be always valid for Linux. You can install icon packs on Linux to customize. (even GTK themes! I use Arch btw) A Hyprland user.

You're showcasing the KDE Plasma desktop environment, which is installed by default on Kubuntu but can be used on other distributions
Just thought I'd point this out because choosing a Linux distribution for how it looks and feels is probably one of the biggest mistakes you can make as a beginner

You can resize the icons in Windows 11 just like Kubuntu, by holding down CTRL and scrolling with the middle mouse button.

👍 I installed kubuntu for two reasons. 1. My Windows 10 is going out of support this year and my 8Gig/1TB pc needed something. 2. Even simple web browsing in windows 10 was I was pretty frustrated and kubuntu saved my day. Enjoying it. Thanks for the video.

Amazing video, just something is wrong.
In 1:35 when you move the folders, in Windows 11 moving it to downloads isn't instant because you copied it instead of moving it.

You can change the size in windows file explorer by hold the ctrl key and use the scrollwheel on the mouse, btw!
