Best quote from this vid: Real Love is that we are not loosing any part of Self to the other because we are consciously choosing to include them as us from our free will. Love this! Thank you Teal!

I've never heard anyone put it this articulately before. I'm beginning to see people around me who are waking up to this perspective on love. Thank you, this is a very lovely message.

When I listen to these videos I realize my mother has been amazing, not perfect but so wonderful. :)

Untill recently my definition of love was to sacrifice myself for another person.

Love to me is like the ocean. It's an experience felt differently by many; some may be frightened by it, some addicted, while others may only see it through a screen. It has the power to pull you into itself and leave you washed up somewhere you could never imagine.

The more self love we learn, the better the definition :)

So grateful to my mom for being the least selfish person I know. She showed me love no matter how stupid or mean I acted. Not that she didn't get angry or never punished me, but I always knew I deserved it. She never punished me over petty issues. I can only hope I've done as well with my kids.

I'm grateful for my mom and I know she means well, but ever since my grandmother has passed on, I feel like it's heavily impacted both myself and my family. Particularly, my mom who despite trying to "show that she loves me" claims that she's always right, and cannot still come to terms with me because of how different I am compared to my other family members. She's always trying to force me to go to church, and whenever I don't do something, she'll guilt trip me and then play the victim like usual

If Teal would not make any other video, this is a huge eye opener, and she's done her job here on the Earth. THANK YOU, Teal! I absolutely understand so many things that happened in my life and why they happened. Thanks also for the hope of the SHIFT coming. It's needed!

About a month ago, I said that I would love to be in a relationship with a woman around my age who would hold me in her arms (like you typically see men doing with women), but I received negative feedback about it, some of which where hurtful accusations, and one person even called me a needy borderline narcissist for needing to feel loved. One person accused me of wanting to take everything from the relationship without giving anything in return, both which were false accusations. I never was the way these people said. I was only speaking a truth about myself. I'm not perverted, like the stereotypes say. I'm not scared of strong women. I respect strong women. I don't see where I went wrong in this. I shattered all of the stereotypes, and still received hurtful feedback. It hurts. : (

Since 2003, began vibrating eminating around the frequency of my personal transformed, transmutated, conceptualized version of love. 4 people's managed to show up in this space, a space I hold for all . How many beings here, amazes me the same as how few. 🎤 One is the loneliest number🎵 that you will ever know 🕉☸. Your work is Devine Teal, Blessing your Heart...

The essence of love is: acceptance and/or appreciation.
Unconditional love is unconditional acceptance and/or appreciation.
"Mutual best interests" is a natural flow from acceptance and/or appreciation of the other into "oneness" of both.
"Mutual best interests" brings forth a lot of questions, most answered by knowing the others needs.

Spot. On. I think I've learned this lesson over the past few weeks with my mother--this new definition of love. I've definitely mentalized it, but I don't think I've 'felt' or integrated it truly/fully because I'm still dependent on her, and forced to be connected to her for my own survival. I still have trouble putting other people's needs first, as it 'would' feel like I'm being swallowed. Realizing that I have to fully understand the old definition of love, and therefore see how it's played out in all aspects of my life and those around me, and then let it go. This is what I learned from this video, Teal. Thank you so much for your insight!

I didn't understand what she was saying until I rewind the video several times and let it sink in, and I think I understood.. a bit.

I guess I'm one of those who have self-centered parents, and I do not know what true love is or what she is talking about at all because I haven't experienced it yet.

My definition of love was changed from "to take someone as part of yourself" to "having the free will (conscious choice) to take someone as a part of yourself in a way that would meet each others' needs).

Ms. Teal I have to be honest with you when I was listening to this I literally said out loud that you are one very insightful person. Since I watched this video I now realize that what I have been doing has not been selfish in anyway because I simply look how whoever I involve myself with, that we both win and now I see it has a very real and accurate name. I just wanted to say thank you very much, I wish you much peace and happiness in your travels...

I would just like to say to all the beautiful people here that in my opinion, love is only the beginning. I didn't have perfect parents, but I know they loved me...truly loved me...and I'm so grateful for them. My definition of love was never accepting someone no matter what they did to me. Neither was it as perfect as True Love. But there are still complications and issues that will arise; there will be misunderstandings and hurt feelings; compromise and communication are key. Love doesn't mean your relationship will be perfect, and working hard on your relationship doesn't mean love isn't present. We are human beings and we are imperfect. We have to work for everything and that means getting comfortable is not an option. So remember...love is only the beginning.
