i want to add number of days to a date column when it is blank excluding weekend and gov.Holidays for finding next date otherwise i want my dates present in date column

example
IF(ISBLANK([FinishDate])), [startDate]+ No of Days - Weekend and gov holidays, [finishDate])

agar finish date blank ho to mujhe startdate chaiye + add no of days - Weekend and gov holidays agar finish date blank nahi hai toh mujhe wo hi finish date chaiye
