Made this but deglazed the pan with a bit of white wine between the burgers and adding the onions/mushrooms. I reduced the beef stock and used a bit of heavy whipping cream and added a half a tsp of thyme. It was AMAZING 💙💙💙

Delicious and simple to make. It is easy to customize as well, since you can add any combination of herbs or spices to the hamburger meat before browning. I usually make this about once a week. :)

I made this last night and it was mmmm good! My father in law and wife loved it! After i sautéed the onions and mushrooms, i added a shot of Jack daniels, then i added the flour. An idea i got from other recipes. Very easy to follow compared to other ones that i was looking at. Thanks!
