Specialized Kenevo SL e-mtb vs. the Specialized Enduro mountain bike

It also sports the lightweight SL motor that puts out 250 watts of power. The result is a very light emtb, delivering a more natural and nimble ride, closer to that of an unassisted mtb. Is this the right ebike for you or would you rather have the full-powered Specialized Levo? Check the video to gain insight.

It’s kind of funny seeing everybody complaining about how little power this thing has relative to the levo. I have a 21 turbo levo comp that I’ve added a DVOJade X shock and a fox 38 170 on and it is an absolute beast. That being said I almost never use turbo mode and rarely use trail mode unless I have something pretty steep that I need to get up. I still have my analog bike and like peddling a bit, but I just want a little extra power on some of those climbs. This thing would be a ton of fun at UCSC and Demo (if E bikes were allowed). This bike would be a hoot up in Pacifica up on mile and Boy Scout. I had seriously considered buying an Enduro before I bought my IBIS Ripmo V2, and this is not much more expensive than a regular Enduro. Just put my order in for my new S4. Thanks for the great review man

Thank you, finally a review that gives insights and information.
Very difficult nowadays to find those with the pile of junk coming from all direction.
Thank you and btw I feel the same need to slap a 27.5 on back.
I did it on the enduro tu changing the length of the shock. Hope with those geometry adjuster I’ll be able to reach a similar result.
Thanks again and I am looking forward to your mullet test

Super helpful, non-hype video - thx for that! Frame set ordered. Hoping this adds another ~2k feet to my ptown rips while keeping the lungs working.

Great info. Do you happen to have comparison for levo sl and kenevo sl for riding in your area day to day. From what I’m hearing I think you would opt for the levo sl?

I’ve mulleted, 160mm/170mm my Levo SL. Really looking forward to a comparison of a beefed up Levo SL compared to this, as that is what most Levo SL owners have seemed to have done.
Great video by the way, honest, low in action but high in information - why I watch your content! Here to know what’s up, not to watch people ride. Love the format.

Great review! Tough choice for me. Still don't know what to get.

I want the frameset only and I’ll make it 26+ and 180mm up front and I can make it 38lbs and fully DH capable. If I can get a frameset, I’ll make it happen! I just wish it was 180 in the rear.

Spesh- keep coming out with new stuff and maybe the levo will come down in price. I am about to get sl levo expert, I really want a levo expert or comp they don't have yet. Maybe next year.

lol, love the honest opinion. Keep it up. The only reason I will ever stop watching your review is when you start kissing azz to the vendor and give is half azz reviews.

that bike makes total sense, if you want to go down as fast as possible, you don't need, actually, you don't want a big motor or battery. sadly the rest of the product range now makes even less sense, the SL is too weak, the Levo not trail oriented enough, it would be smarter to have a cross country, trail and enduro bike, instead of three more or less enduro bikes, where the Kenevo SL beats them all hands down. i'm waiting for my Orbea Rise, by the way, where is that full review ?
