Thank you soo much for showing the proofing and the baking! I have been shown a lot of dough shaping videos by the YouTube algorithm but they always stop after the shaping. It made me suspicious to not try it because the intricate shapes they made didn't really seem like they would hold up to proofing and baking.

These on the other hand look pretty, delicious, and you have shown that my time won't be wasted trying them out!
