She(Sharon) had a green thumb, that was a normal person level of magic. That’s all Agatha needed her for. She died because she served her purpose and wasn’t able to keep up. That’s how I interpreted it anyways.

A lot of what happens during the show is supposed to reference the ballad, so maybe Mrs Davis' death has to do with the second verse of the song.

I guess (hope) that she'll somehow come back "in spirit" and from death help them see things that they - as living beings - cannot.

At least you're not just hate-watching. I have to congratulate your good faith. I'm sure the ending of this episode was intended to be disturbing. If you try to view it as unintentional, that would be even more disturbing. But I don't know how anyone could possibly miss the point that the writers know that Agatha is not a good person.

Watching the show and after avoiding the MCU for a while I’ve started watching this show since I really liked the potential of Wandavision and it seemed like this show would be sort of a sequel to that but with a more well thought out mystery. So far I have enjoyed it quite a bit, but I did think this third episode was a bit cringy on the dialogue in the typical new MCU fashion. I do like the characters and I’m intrigued by the mysteries introduced so far. Like, even if I expect Teen to be Wiccan and whatnot, I’m invested to see *how* the show will get to that point, and so far it seems like it’s well planned out and there are seeds of a cool pay off. Then again this is how I felt when watching Wandavision and I really hope they stick the landing with this one.

This show is freaking great and fun so far. To the point I am worried I'll end up disappointed very soon in disney's typical fashion :))) it's like too good to be true. (I don't have much hope in the marvel redeption and I genuinely don't expect them to release anything good anymore. Maybe when they'll lose more money)

I like the first episode not the second episode but like the 3rd episode despite some people don’t like the show it’s great on Rotten Tomatoes 82% on critics 83 % audience score and almost 10 million viewers on the first episode starting off strong

Mephisto is just Darth Plaguies all over again. You wanted this fans? Well, here it is, now shut up and love what we made. I guess it could only be worse if we have a scene where he peeks out from around the corner and then we never hear about him again. Pathetic.

As a fan of shows like Buffy, Charmed, Witches of East End, Salem and films like Practical Magic and The Craft. This is a show created by people who love the witch genre but don’t understand or know how to create a compelling story within that genre. Satana, Hellstorm and Brother Voodoo are Magic users in the comics. An entire sub genre could be created with just the Magic users in the Marvel comics but once again this is what happens when they hire people who don’t know what they’re doing.

I wonder if every step on the road requires ONE member of the coven to die. I think at one point they said that only one person gets the prize at the end ( I thought Agatha said it).
