I read it last week and really enjoyed it. I had been tuning in to the Bathtub and was waiting for this one and we get about 3 minutes. Delillo and Pynchon are very difficult for Europeans, so many references go right over our heads. We flounder.

Just read this, first half on a cross country flight, loved it; then read the second half a couple days later on my return flight, totally unravelled, got a bit boring. It's only my second delillo (the other, white noise) and while the prose was great in both, running dog was little aimless. But it did really showcase the influence he had on some DFW, the technology paranoia themes. I have Libra, and but will prob take a few month break from delillo.
