Bernie NEEDS to be the next president. I first learned of Bernie from “Brunch with Bernie” on Friday’s on the Thom Hartmann show, where every Friday he would spend an hour taking UNSCREENED calls (name any other politician who would do that) from anyone and always talked policy and not generalizations or platitudes. You could just tell he was an honest guy and he CARES about every American. That was 2012-2013 and I thought he would make a great President. Then he ran and I got super excited and donated for the first time to a political campaign. Then the DNC and the corporate media in collusion with the Clinton machine screwed him. I refused to vote for her or Trump and wrote Bernie in. I couldn’t bring myself to vote for her and live with it. Now, after Trump being president, his voice and presence is needed and I will work as hard as I personally can to make that happen.
