Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of Cut up butternut Squash
7 cups.... 32 oz box and 24 oz bottle Chicken stock..
3 Carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Prepare as shown... :)

Nov 2019 Grateful in LA (lower Alabama) I am grateful for old man cooking jr (his son-as Mr Old Man Cooking passed 2017) for keeping his recipes available - this is my favorite go to recipe - I make it, cool it and freeze it in Ziploc quart freezer bags. When I want soup this is my base - I thaw, heat and add fresh steamed veggies. So Blessings Angie
