I've tried all kinds of milk with matcha (oat, almond, macademia, etc.), lactose-free cow milk is THE BEST in pairing with matcha. I can't explain why but their flavors just blend so perfectly together🤌🤌

Since you shouldn't use boiling water for the matcha, how can I make sure it's hot enough? I don't have a thermometer or something to use to check the temp! What do u suggest? Maybe just wait a few mins after boiling the water?

Ceremonial matcha is too mild (1st harvest) for matcha latte i think. Blend of the 1st and 2nd is really good, or high quality 2nd harvest matcha.
