Looks like a lawyer out of Central Casting, but as a career criminal, he is exactly right.

I was the prime suspect in a murder case when I was 17. Worse thing I did was to give them a fake story to try to cover myself for other crimes I was doing on the night. These days I wouldn't say a word. Silence is your best defence. They only ask questions because they don't have answers

If Jonah Hill went to law school and did cocaine instead of acting school

You don’t need a criminal _lawyer_, you need a _criminal_ lawyer.

This guy looks like he snorts a couple lines before going into a courtroom

Hey Rosenberg. I got pressured at 16 in minnesota to plea as an adult. Heard the law has changed for minors who plead guilty? Advice? Plead guilty in a crime not committed, under the code of snitches get stitches. Plead under pressure from a public pretender and social worker because I would not say the truth of what happened.

When I was a teen and out doing criminal activities I got some great advice from my friends dad who was a lawyer. - If a cop ever ask a question the answer is always no and/or I want a lawyer. If they already know all the facts then there is no need to talk. They don't know so don't help them do their job. A cops job is not to help you.

I called my lawyer (My brother) and he instructed the cops not to talk to me. I turned myself in. They were respectful of that because my brother was known for putting cops into big trouble. They knew him. He wrote a book about beating cops in court and all the stupid things he got them to say for acquittal. The book was never published. He's a corporate lawyer for a mining operation now. My brother is stone faced and tricky. He's like a crafty pitcher who throws 88mph and the next one is coming in at 105mph the next one is knuckler at 35mph. He's blinding.

How is he abusing the justice system?
What if you were innocent of said crime? Always stay silent.

Your best defense is to say nothing except your name and you want an attorney present.

First words when asked “Not making a statement until my attorney is present”.

My felony they had me dead to rights. Nothing I can do but plead guilty. My lawyer did get me off on probation.

Plead the 5th, don’t give them anything they can use. You have a right to be silent.

The moment they say you're under arrest and read your rights, immediately respond with, "I understand, and I invoke my right to remain silent and I want a lawyer."

Don't say another word after that.

By doing this when I got raided, I went from facing 20 years, to an offer from the D.A. of 30 months, which I refused, and ended up taking a deal for 3 years probation and no jail time, in exchange for a no contest plea.

I probably could have been acquitted if I went to trial, but I did break the law. I deserved and I accepted responsibility for the consequences of my actions. And the slap on the wrist I agreed to was a no-brainer compared to the risk of a possible guilty verdict.

But because I exercised my rights, did not self incriminate, and didn't fall for any of the "tricks" that the legal system uses to get you, I am a free man today instead of spending 20 years a prison cell.

Never answer questions never make a statement. If they're asking you questions, it's because they need some answers.

Anyone accused of any crime should state that they invoke their 5th amendment rights and wants an attorney. Dont take any attorney but your own after that. Lack luster has an app that'll record your stuff and has attorneys on the line. Dont say shit get someone who knows how to speak legalities and shit the up
