SENCER and SoTL

As you consider designing a SENCER course or SENCERizing an existing course, you could be ready to consider doing research on your teaching and your students’ learning. Many faculty work to improve their students’ learning, trying new strategies and assignments. If you do that, then you might be engaging in the “Scholarship of Teaching and Learning” (SoTL). With a small amount of time and energy, and a bit of data on student learning, faculty can find an entrée into the SoTL community.
