It seems everything now is hazardous to our health. Even the air we breath, the water we drink, the same elements that keep us alive is already not on our side. Maybe we should just accept the reality that life is really temporary. Nobody lives forever. At the moment we just have to make the most of the life we have. Just enjoy life whenever we have a chance.

Many of these would actually be OK to eat IF they were produced without pesticides, herbicides,
And various artificial chemicals, then cooked properly and eaten in moderate quantities.
Life is meant to be enjoyed and savored, not rushed through blindly.

My mom ate all the above except grilled vegetables and she live up to 95, but she doesn’t consume alcohol or smoke in her entire life if not because of a fall she will definitely make it to a 100 easily ✌🏼

You can eat all you want as long as it's in moderation. Eating fries once a week won't kill you. School lunches are pretty bad in the US and not much is done about it.

Non nitrites on hot dogs could be substituted by ginger, garlic, chile 🇨🇱 peppers, salt, onion, turmeric and lime and lemon and cucumber, and celery and carrots
