Показать описание
What are BTUs? BTU (British Thermal Units) are the way manufacturers measure the power and output of their gas burners. Pro Ranges can have up to 20,000 BTUs whereas traditional American ranges have about 8,000 BTUs. What are open and sealed burners? Open burners tend to have higher BTUs, are easier to clean, but tend to get more spills inside. Sealed burners may have lower BTUs but tend to be protected from spills. Which type of construction works for you? It depends on how you cook and what looks better in your kitchen.
