Should you have written work by non-conservative force instead of external workdone ?? Because conservative forces can also be external forces.

neat problem, but how would u solve if there was some friction from the curved path since you'd have to account for the changing normal force due to the changing angle due to the curve and the changing velocity (its really the changing velocity which is confusing since idk how to integrate that part)?
