Nice video. Pl share your guidence regarding disadvantages & advantages of flat having refuge area above that flat. Builder has kept above floor flat as refuge area. Above refuge area another flat comes of same size . Pl reply today

Sir Delhi Palam me near metro ek builder floor hai jisme 4 floor hai we selected 3rd one but the only problem is it facing back side so no outside view balcony b back side mai hai so no view….plis suggest
