Kosem has really impressed me! She is both kind and cruel, experienced, fair, and a control freak, quite loud and authoritative, and she recognizes Farya's intelligence.
Murad is a fantastic sultan. He looks good. He lacks some of Suleiman's gentleness, wisdom, and education, but it's not easy to be Suleiman:)
But he's getting there. I like him.
It's a shame Sultan Murad died so young because I'm sure they would have conquered both Vienna and Rome.

am I the only one who sympathizes with Murad? Literally everything he's paranoid about is true. his family IS trying to undermine him and --ultimately-- betray him for the throne. the mother of his children pay a mob to kill farya and his child--and they would have if Kemankees was not there. I mean, what is the dude doing wrong? he could have killed kasim but didn't. he forgave his sister for insulting him when her husband actually was a traitor, forgave his mother for lying...I mean what could he do?
