Parents of some students with special needs on Long Island are scrambling for solutions after starting the school year this week with no bus service. Their bus company blames the nationwide school bus driver shortage. As CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports, families are struggling to find alternate ways to school.

i went to first student and told them i can do mornings for now untill i have some for my son then i will work afternoons they reject me wright away and went to guardian and hire me on the spot

i don't beleave that i rent to first student i told them mornings for now they refused me and i had a class a with p.s another company hired me and with them today . im retired just looking for work
