When I was in HS in the late 90's in N.E. Ohio, our school district sold discounted bus passes at the HS. The RTA public transportation system provided the buses in the mornings & after school. Grant it, we had to wait at any of the regular local bus stops, bus those times had designated buses & routes for the HS students only.
