Made the pork chops with other sides…
The chops came out excellent… they knocked my smothered chops down to 2nd place… this is now my go to pork chop dish… even the kid said they were “really good”. (I added some mushrooms) also I didn’t go 1hr… I only cooked them in the sauce for about 15 minutes or so
