When fam or people ask me to loan them money. I literally copy a loan application with appropriate APR% added if they do not pay back within the agreed upon time. I tell them to sign it an ill get it notarized. Then they can borrow money. "Borrow" doesnt mean keep. I use the same percentages that loan companies do.
