Pierre,
Excellent points. Preordered my Nikon Z7, 24-70 mm S, 50 mm S lens and FTZ converter. Looking forward for their arrival. Yes, 1 card is a bummer but they had to keep the camera size small etc.... For me it is not an issue. In 15 years of using DSLR's, I never (NEVER) lost a shot. My rules for Memory Cards & batteries are simple buy the best - period (Format the memory card in the camera and do it often). Same rules apply to my cars. High quality motor oil, Transmission oil and brake pads... BTW: by creating FTZ converter - Nikon is taking me to Mirrorless world with out me loosing any money on my high quality Nikon lenses (Holy Trinity, 105 Micro/Macro, 28-300 mm, 50mm, 35 mm, 200-500 mm, 600 mm) and plenty of SB900's, SB700'S and my Lee filters... Thumbs up and subscribed to your channel...

Just sold my canon gear. A7sm3 or a7m3 might come in consideration. Great videos. Keep up. Cheers.

Great comments mostly aimed at commercial photographers but useful for the rest of us as well. I am looking at an Olympus and yes with 5 axis stabilization. Face detection and even eye detection are also crucial for my photography, which is candid street portraiture.

I’ve been meaning to ask u about this man ahaha, glad u made a video about it.

anyways I’ve been thinking between Sony a7riii (dual card slot, ibis, higher mp, eye af, picture profile for vid) and the new canon R coz of its famous canon colours, image quality, great lenses and coz I’ve never had a canon camera before ahah, I was gonna get either Sony a7riii + 24-70gm or canon Eos R + 28-70 f2 but still undecided and would love to hear ur advice as a pro, I wanna do travel photography and create great quality videos too. What do you think?

Sony all day bro loving the connection between me and my camera. I was once a canon user but Sony changed my way of thinking. This tool has made it easier in my processing work flow.

Funny video as always, you are so fueled up man. Anyway, for your kind of photography IBIS is for sure useful but for other genres of photography (landscape in particular) tripods are still better I guess than IBIS so I won’t go for the stabilization as #1 but hey everyone has different priority. Cheers

I'm interested to see what the new Canon is like, I'm still using my old 6D so It has to be a "lot" better than that to encourage me to swap!

👍Well done! Thoughtful criteria, timely, and competently delivered — bloopers, a nice touch and you didn’t spell out “subscribe”. About “weather sealing”, good point about heeding marketing hype language — I don’t think there’s a third party objective “weather sealing” standard. Some say “weather resistant”. Need to consider “weather resistance” of lenses, too. Re lens adapters, third party adapters can be better performers than those made by camera makers. Re memory cards, agree about format type, but should also consider if cam accepts SD cards that are UHSII (double row of pins) for extra speed. Some vids reporting that the new Canon does not support (extra speed of) UHSII. Agree that IBIS is soooo important (performance varies by model), but for folks with w/steady hands and better ISO performance that enables faster shutter speeds, I wouldn’t rate it #1 for everyone — to each his own. (I would rate ergonomics as having utmost importance.)
The Nikon “Zed” is really an “N” laying on its side — Nikon prefers portrait orientation. Actually it was a factory QC printing goof — they had to change all the literature and press stuff to match 😄. (Best crack at humor I can do for a Monday.). Stay tuned for new models soon to be released — great YouTube fodder.

I'm still waiting for Fujifilm to announce their X-T3 before jumping to a new brand. I'm currently shooting with a X-Pro2 and a 7D. I love what Fuji did especially with their lenses (quality and size). But I would like to shoot more video and that's why I'm excited to see what Canon has to offer (I've read the specs but do prefer to see the results after the announcement). And for the first time, I'm considering the Sony A7III for the features and the price. So, I'll wait a couple of weeks to make up my mind. :) t's an exciting time for photography in terms of technology and I'm pretty happy to live it live! :)
By the way, thanks for the advice. They are really useful. ;)
PS: on peut aussi se parler en français mais pour que la majorité comprenne et ainsi que pour la pratique, je reste en anglais ^_^
