Bad mangoes become good dessert

This first-try mango sago took longer to make because I had to scrape the burnt tapioca off the bottom of my pot, but it was so good! Just don’t forget to keep stirring the sago like I did…

1. Boil a pack of sago for 10 minutes or until almost transparent.
2. Strain and rinse in cool water.
3. Blend 1 cup mango, 1 cup coconut milk, 0.5 can condensed milk until smooth
4. Mix with sago and cubed mangoes.
5. Top with evaporated milk if it gets too thick after cooling in the fridge for a few hours.

The dessert looks great, but that hand swipe on the dirty counter was diabolical lmao 😂

Love how you show your mistakes instead of pretending everything you do is perfect!!!

This is also really popular in Hong Kong! But normally we use coconut to make it!

As a filipino I'd say: Why'd you say sago like that, I can't unhear it 😭

Was that just one can of each? I wonder if more was used because that looked like a lot of tapioca for those 2 little cans to handle!
