I love these reviews of reasonably priced pens. Not every review has to be about a $1, 000 pen to be enjoyable and educational. My Grandmother was a rock hound. Everywhere she went, she'd pick up rocks.

The Namiki pen looks really interesting! Love the color of the 9019, yellow is one of my favorite colors, especially if it’s a warm yellow. Beautiful bottle and packaging from Jinhao, seems they are focusing on the Western market more and more. I appreciate that as I like affordable pens, and I like my Jinhao’s! Looking forward to what you think about them all and how the ink does. (Very nice rock…in my neck of the woods, we call them “worry stones” and it does feel nice and calming to rub them. Also, chestnuts are “lucky worry stones.” 😊)

That Super Warship has been in my AliExpress cart for several months (along with a dozen others), so I'll be looking forward to your review of that. It's already interesting to hear that it's lighter than expected.

I do not own any Jinhao ink. The bottle is interesting and I have been looking for a new blue and black ink. I just ordered a black and dark blue. I am hoping the black is really black and not a thin, faded version if the shade.

Beautiful bottle of ink. Definitely Edelstein reminiscent.

I like the feel and look of smooth stones too. I guess that goes together with my preference for smoothly roumded ends on my pens, rather than the flat-top style. That faux Edelstein bottle looks nice! After I used up my Edelstein Tanzanite, I’m using it for my Noodler’s Liberty’s Elyseum which is a highly staining ink. Feels safer. My bottle was nearly thriple the price you paid. I guess it’s more about labour and environment regulations in the EU than the actual quality of the product. ILooking forward to your impression. Some say that exported goods from Cina also can get state subsidies. I don’t know.
