This is absolutely true. I flew via Air india from Chicago to Delhi in business couple of months back that too in the latest planes they acquired. Absolutely horrible experience. The food tray was broken, I had to eat all the meals on the console desk. And their solution was too eat meals in the economy section, as they had an empty seat there. Absolutely waste of money.
